That might sound like a tagline, and that is because it is. But, I understand the skepticism because marketing is full of them. But bear with me for a minute, because the story behind Deecisive Marketing Management is one worth knowing before you decide who you trust with your business growth.
The mission was clear before the company had a name. I wanted to build something that did three things well:
- Give local and small business owners top tier, quality marketing at an affordable price
- Partnership based on proper stewardship of business owner’s budgets
- Most importantly is we give back: We donate a percentage of monthly profits to local charities and non-profits supporting people in need
Everything that Deecisive was built from had those three main factors as our non-negotiables. It’s who we are and what we do.
Why small businesses deserve better than what most marketing companies offer
Here is something that frustrated me long before I started this company. Small business owners are some of the most motivated, capable, and community-rooted people I have ever worked with, and for a long time, the marketing industry treated them like second-tier clients. Big budgets got the best strategies and most attention. Smaller businesses got templated campaigns, junior team members, and reporting that was hard to understand and even harder to act on.
That gap was the whole reason Deecisive exists. Local businesses are the backbone of the communities they serve. The family-owned restaurant, the independent salon, the mechanic who takes your towed car on a Sunday when no one else will, these businesses deserve marketing that takes them as seriously as any enterprise account. Not a watered-down version of a bigger strategy, but a real one built for where they are and where they want to go. Their dreams and goals matter too.
Quality marketing does not have to come with a price tag that only large companies can afford. We built our pricing structure around that belief, and it’s based on affordability for quality marketing you don’t have to bust the piggy bank to invest in.
The giving piece, and why it matters to how we work
From the beginning, I am committed to donating a percentage of our profits to nonprofits and charities doing meaningful work for people in need. This was not a marketing decision. It was a value’s decision that we then chose to be open about, because we think transparency about who a company is and what they stand for matters when you are deciding who to work with.
We are intentional about the nonprofits and charities we support, looking for organizations with clear accountability, real community presence, and a genuine commitment to restoring dignity and opportunity to the people they serve. When we find them, we show up for them the same way we show up for our clients. We also try to make at least four trips a year to go and volunteer in our local communities. Money and time is valuable and we just want to make sure we give back where we can.

We bring our full attention and our best strategy to every client relationship, not because it is a contract obligation. We actually care about what happens to the businesses that trust us with their growth. We are selective about who we take on because we want to be fully present for everyone we work with. We are honest when something is not working, transparent about what the data shows, and committed to being the kind of marketing partner that small business owners deserve but do not always find.
