After spending years in marketing, Dedrie saw that disconnect. Where small business owners were pouring their hard-earned money into campaigns they didn't understand, managed by vendors they rarely spoke to.
Deecisive Marketing Management was born out of a desire to bridge that gap. We wanted to build a marketing company that operated as a true partner. Hey, I'm Dedrie, but everyone calls me Dee.
I started Deecisive Marketing Management (DMM), because I got tired of watching good business owners get let down by agencies that sold them a dream and delivered excuses. You deserve better than that, so I built DMM to prove it.
My background is a little unconventional. Six years as an Aircraft Mechanic in the U.S. Air Force taught me discipline, precision, and how to lead people who are counting on you. When I moved into marketing (my real passion), I brought all of that with me. Now, after years in the marketing industry, I realized that what business owners really need isn't more tactics or flashy campaigns. They need a partner who understands their business, respects their budget, and delivers results they can count on.
DMM exists because of you. We start with your story, your why, and your people before we ever talk about a single tactic. Because when marketing is built on a real foundation, it does not just perform. It lasts. But it's about more than just marketing.
